Repair Labor Rate: $210 per Hour – Estimated by manufacturer’s book time. If manufacturer book time is not available or job specifications are unique, labor hours will be reflective of the repair.
Diagnostic Labor Rate: $250 per hour – 1 Hour minimum charge for all diagnostic work. All repairs are subject to additional charges for parts and labor estimated by book time, or labor hours will be reflective of the repair.
Warranty– The 12-Month Limited Warranty covers your specific assemblies against defective materials and workmanship – Parts and Labor – for twelve months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The 12-Month/ 12,000 Mile Limited Warranty does not apply to wear and tear components, electrical components, tires, failure caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, or reimbursement for consequential damages.
Scheduling– All appointments are scheduled with a two-hour window. If technician arrives within window and vehicle/keys are not available, customer will be responsible for service call charge of ½ Hour Labor, plus the travel fee.
Rescheduling / Cancellation- Appointments must be rescheduled/cancelled at least 2 hours before appointment start time or customer will be responsible for ½ Hour Labor charge.
Special Order Components- All special order or dealer ordered parts must be pre paid for by the customer at the time of work order approval.
First Service- All first-time customers will be required to make full invoiced payment at the time of completion. All first-time mobile services will require payment of travel fee and the first hour of labor before the technician is dispatched to the jobsite. Acceptable payments are credit card only. Business and personal checks will not be accepted.
Credit Account- All customers requiring payment terms must complete a credit application with Interstate Billing Services. CREDIT APPLICATION -COUNTRY – Interstate Billing Service : There is no cost or interest payments for using this service. Payment terms are set at 30 days, statements will be emailed to your requested account and all payments shall be remitted to Interstate Billing Service PO Box 2208, DECATUR, AL 35609-2208. Your account number and invoice number should be written on checks. If an account becomes delinquent; Mobile Auto Mechanics Inc. may refuse to continue future service until Interstate Billing Service account becomes re-activated after payments received.
COD Accounts- All COD accounts require the authorization of credit card payment for all deposits, and invoice balances at the time of completion. All Work orders require written approval response to our written estimates. All approved estimates over $500 will require a 50% deposit before work begins.
Zone Pricing- Travel Fees will be implemented by “zone”. Service call fee will be charged per tech, per visit to the jobsite. If multiple vehicles are serviced at time of visit only one service call fee will be charged. Price zones are as follows. Please
